IPS say what about the sites help for unlicences user?

for example,
I know a site web and they have more then 50.000members and they help to unlicenses IPS users also and They know these users haven't licenses!

They disturbed the CRACK/Nulled version of IPB also!

The site is licensed i trust but they authorize for the distribution of the IPB(Nulled) on their site and they make the SUPPORT for the mods etc...
