I also found that when I post a reply to an open support ticket with no contents. Say if I wanted to close the ticket, but there was no need for a reply, I get the following error.

No errors displayed, so this needs fixing.

In-addition, when I click the Your Feedback link in the client area, I get a very messy page.

I use Firefox v2.

Where did you find that? in firefox the search engine is working very well. and my client center in this browser is excellent.

Too me it looks like that page is using the old css style.. not sure though.

Sometime you can't update. My old job got a trojan virus that affect 70 offices nationwide in the USA last year and after that they reduced access to install and update programs. Some departments couldn't even change the time on the clock. :blink:

I've upgraded to version 2. :) But I'll have to wait till next payment to see if I still get this page.

I get this page sometimes and I use Firefox 2.0.0.3 and I still get this message so I think it is something else.

I've made another payment and I still get the same page.

This maybe all updated when 2.3 is released, since all 2.2 information needs to be updated to relate to 2.3
