Limiting Group Permissions in some sections only

First off, love this software, fantastic work

Ok, I recently used SMF forum software & it had the ability to set the user groups with different permissions in different sections on my forum, IPB does this as well however not for what I need

What I'd like to see is the ability to reduce certain permissions for my main membergroup for the following reason

I have a section for Members to post their Drabbles (Short fanfiction limited to 100 words) & to only allow the member who created the post/thread to be able to reply / add their next installment etc without other members posting in between each submission

I then have a second area where all Members can respond to that members work & leave comment, again without poluting the origianl thread with idle chatter

Basically I need to be able to limit members to only be able to Create & reply to their own topics in one or two sections & not allow other members the ability to reply to those posts

After chatting with support re this they suggested I post this here, hope I explained it correctly

As it is because I had this ability on SMF & converted to IPB, Any Member can now post in other members threads because IPB does not have this ability, I tried creating a secondary group & giving that group Only permission to create & reply & making that the secondary group for all the Topic creators in that section & then turned off the ability to reply for the main group but as we found out, both the secondary & Primary work as one so even though Primary was deactivated with reply rights for that area, anyone in the secondary group could still reply to other members posts

I'd be really keen to see this option available as it would allow me to tidy up two areas in my forums that have gone a little OT because of not having this ability

Thanks for reading :)
