Client Area Problem

I tried to login to the Client Area with my usual E-Mail and password, but it won't work. My license expires in June, so I have an active license.

I think best thing to do is email them or better call them so solve this issue, they dont really offer that kind of support view the company forums.

I found my password for here had changed to the one i used to use for the client area.

It be worth you trying both passwords to see if one works.

I found the problem:

When you change your E-Mail at IPS Beyond, it also changes your client area E-Mail.

No it doesn't. :blink:

IPS Beyond pulls your data when you first register, but afterwards the entire account is managed separately...
