The new txt_wordwrap() function in ipsclass is still not multi-byte safe for Chinese characters.
You can copy and paste the following text for test, or copy some text from our forum http://forum.maxthon.cn
(please install a Chinese font if you don't have the Arial Unicode MS font):

actually when i looked all the characters were there they were just moved about a little, with the boxes which are a addition but still see all the characters in both pictures... i don't read Chinese but i can compare letters.

Can't wait for php 6......

It's just an example. And the text is missing a char '接'.
