March 4, 200718 yr Forget that post up above,Ok this is what i did,Went to my domain, It brought me to a install page, now, I need to enter my database name and other stuff, where do i get this, and what do i do with ftp?
March 4, 200718 yr in your ftp program right click the folders and files the installer mentions and change the write access for those files/folders for all groups to true, that's what's meant with chmod to 777the database and database user should be created in your control panel (usually this is cpanel, I don't know which solution ips uses)
March 4, 200718 yr Management You were probably checking the site at the same time one of our staff was installing the software :)
