Posted March 2, 200718 yr It has been over 12 hour that I placed my order, and still nothing. Also open a trouble ticket, no response.I wish you stated it would take this long on your site so people would get an idea of how long does it take to get their order processed.Could you kindly tell me how long does it take?
March 2, 200718 yr We aim to get all orders placed within 24 hours of them being placed. We approve all new customer orders manually for fraud prevention reasons - should certainly be done within the next few hours :)
March 2, 200718 yr 12 hours ago put it at 4PM EST, which is almost near the end of business, and certainly is the end of business for those in the UK (who normally do billing, etc.)Also if you waited a little bit, and opened a support ticket - that definitely was out of support hours for both those in the US AND UK...

March 2, 200718 yr It's within business hours here in the UK, and it's normally Debbie who does that kind of stuff (At least it's been her for every one of my orders) so it should be done soon - just be patient :)If you don't get a response, you can always give them a call when the US offices are open (in about 3 hours)
