forget password for client area

I have been trying to get the client area to send me my password for the last 3 days. I click on forgot password and then fill in my email and it sends sent password but i never get it. Any thoughts as to why.

There were some bugs with the client area recently so that may have been one that they were trying to fix. I am sure that an IPS staff member will stop by this topic soon and help you out with fixing your password issue though. :)
