ZeRoRaVeN
I know that legally IPB is protected by the legal agreement since the addition of the EULA to the installer is really just a heads up and getting past it won't let you get past the legal restrictions but...You used javascript to check whether or not it is checked. No non-javascript checks are made. Simply turn off javascript and you're past it without checking I agree. >_>Just a small quirk really.
Luke
I don't think it really matters. Plus you have to agree to it before you download it in the first place.
bfarber
It's a formality. Yes you can get past it, but you're bound by it regardless of whether you enable or disable javascript in your browser. :)
