Posted November 26, 200618 yr I am beginning to beta test IPB 2.2 and set up a second MySQL instance on our servers which listens on a different port. How do I configure IPB to connect to MySQL on this port?Thanks!

November 27, 200618 yr Or he could be working on load-balancing, or any number of things. It's really irrelevant. :) I can see multiple possible reasons for wanting to use the feature.
November 27, 200618 yr Just as an FYI, for those who want to know. Yes, I have a production version of IPB using MySQL v4.0 and now I am beta testing 2.2 with MySQL 5.0 on the same box. :)
