Since most of us dont check any permission check box for banned group
it would be better logically if it is last on the list. This is what I feel would be most logical.
Permission Access Levels
Global Permissions (All current and future permission sets)

Admin Forum Mask
Super Moderator
Member Forum Mask
Guest Forum Mask
Validating Forum Mask
Banned Forum Mask
Bots

Also Maybe check all for admin and super moderator mask by default, which can be unchecked by the admin.

You probably dont work in admin cp much. If you have to create 200 forums, and each time scroll
down to skip ban permission, u would realise it.
