Upgrade Skin templates suggestion

It would be more logical if instead of this below (current) numbering
of options

Do you wish to revert changes made to 'IPB Default Skin'?

* Revert changes to all of my skins
* Revert changes to 'IPB Default Skin'
* Do not revert changes to any of my skins
* Do not revert changes to 'IPB Default Skin'


This below modification is made.

A recommended option, as the user is upgrading to %latest version
and that option be no1 choice.

Um, it's recommended to at least revert the default skin. As long as you set it aside as an unmodified skin, what would the problem be?

If you don't revert the default skin then the default skin will be screwed up, hence why it's recommended.
