You don't insert all smileys on the Editor on the panel smiley?

For example;


When i click Show all, there are very smileys but normally we can't see at left on the panel smileys if also when we click next, there aren't all smileys...

The popup shows all smilies, the panel on the main posting screen shows all smilies that are marked as 'clickable', that's a setting for each smilie in the ACP.
