In the signature there is a "Rich Editor". and the smilies are not updating in the signature when I add them.
Is it supposed to be like that? or not?

it's probably not that they're not allowed, more to do with the way the system parses emoticons/signatures... I believe in 2.1 it would require a sql query per sig to show emoticons.

if you want them in yoyr sig you can add them by using the img tag

But, I don't want do that, because in the signature the IPS Developers did this function that looks like word.
