Well, finally fixed it. I had to change a setting for #submenu and then resize the skin's tile_sub and overwrite it over tile_sub-lite. So FINALLY I got the changes in, other than profile and text editors having blue. lol

the way i see a css guide is you see an image, clicking the different parts shows you what css is used for that part, so pretty language independent really... :)
