Add comment - Is it under control of the admin. I mean can any one amongst admins or mods
edit or delete the comment? If not then it can be abused by spammers.

There are forums with many members who are not usually online most of the time.
So either you shut down adding comments or wait for the member to come online n delete
the comment. In the mean time those comments would be available for everyone to read.

I know that users can edit their own profiles (delete comments not edit)... I sure hope that a moderator can delete a comment...
