Have you got pop-ups blocked?

Firefox has built in so it redirects to http://forums.invisionpower.com/index.php?s=&undefined

It does that in IE too but if you have popup blocker disabled it will open new window that says chat at the top, then gets redirected to saying Invision Power Services at the top and just shows the home page... so it won't work for me...

Just to make sure, is the url that the chat is on set as
