EDM Nexus Posted October 19, 2006 Share Posted October 19, 2006 It isn't happening to everyone, but since the upgrade to 2.2 RC1 I'm seeing reports from users who cannot sign into the board, or can sign in but are booted out either when they hit reply to post a response, or hit submit to finalize that response.Is anyone else seeing this? stooley Posted October 19, 2006 Share Posted October 19, 2006 Yes, I experienced this issue earlier today. I cleared all my cookies and had the other users do so. I have not had the issue since then. EDM Nexus Posted October 19, 2006 Share Posted October 19, 2006 Yeah.. that didn't fix anything.I'd read that it might be a cookie thing, so I defined a global cookie domain and turned off the geographical cookie. It also depends if you have more then one forum running on the same host, because then the cookies will conflict. So clear all the caches, and create a prefix for one of the cookie options.
