Cannot Edit Posts & Quick Access

I'm not sure if this is a 2.2 bug, I was posting in here anyway.
I cannot edit my posts on this site made yesterday. Is it just me, or is it a new feature, or have IPS just changed their settings on allowing users to edit posts?

Also, I am very fond of the new quick access and "insert special item" for custom BBCodes, however, any chance that:

• The default names can be changed so they are not caps
• We can add our own images
• The defaults have images (in relation to above suggestion)

Am I missing something here too as I can not edit posts anymore here either? Is there a setting for this in the ACP?

There's a setting for how long after a post it can be edited.

Per usergroup setting so in your usergroup config.

Doesn't look like Quick Access can be skinned either. Text and buttons seem to be hardcoded to black and grey.

The original post offers suggestions for the improvement of Quick Access, so I thought I'd add mine -- ability to skin it. Currently much of it is hardcoded in a global javascript file.
