Quillz Posted October 4, 2006 Posted October 4, 2006 In Public Beta 1, IPB could automatically configure .htaccess files to your ACP location to keep it protected. This features appears to have been removed in Public Beta 2. But why is this? I found it useful. Has it been moved elsewhere?
SnakEyez Posted October 4, 2006 Posted October 4, 2006 It's still in the security center as far as I can tell.
Grant Posted October 4, 2006 Posted October 4, 2006 I just checked mine and it is still available in my security center.
Quillz Posted October 4, 2006 Posted October 4, 2006 It's not in my Security Center, and I did a fresh install of PB2.
Quillz Posted October 4, 2006 Posted October 4, 2006 How can it be missing from my installation of PB2, then? That makes no sense...
TestingSomething Posted October 4, 2006 Posted October 4, 2006 A lot of things make no sense. Such as why every page on my site has a JS error, yet the developers can't reproduce it. And also on this site, every time that it DOES go to a post instead of fast reply, it has a cursor flashing on the member menu and yet bfarber couldnt reproduce that either.

Maybe I just got a random, buggy version? I'll try downloading it again later, and see if it's there.
