Sure looks like that to me too.
Fixed it by re-downloading the ZIP from the members area, re-uploading and re-installing. Something was just not right :(

Thought I might have botched the Zend optimizer installation, as this is my first BETA of IPB and I've just never had the use for the optimizer on my server 'til now.

Anyhow, I have to go play now!
