Another public beta is due out within the week (or possibly early next)

I believe PB2 will come out either tomorrow or Thursday, with a release of the timeline this Friday (as they said one week for the timeline).

Meh, they should make it extremely solid by solving all the issues in bug reports.

Betas come in stages. They get one batch of problems, they fix one batch of problems and then go at it again. If an update is not done at some point they will lose any new issues among ones they've already fixed--and if there are any problems with their fixes, well, not really any way of discovering that until RC/F, is there?

And cannot wait for the next release...hopefully many new bug fixes will be included, and it will be even better then the one given a week ago this friday...will be really good.

Then there's regression testing as well that has to be performed. I used to work in an IT department and that was the bane of my life, regression testing other people's code changes :)
