Is there a tool out that cleans the database of all non original install SQL colums and tables. If not how hard would it be to make?

It wouldn't be that hard - I believe a modder has already written one infact. What I'd like would be a tool that would allow you to exempt colunms and tables, but wipe everything else out, also checking the datatypes of the fields. :)

That would be cool too. I would just like to wipe out all the mods on my forum before i upgrade to 2.2 to make it easyer as we arent going to use mods anymore.
