I get this error:

The encoded file .../install/core/ipsclass.php has expired.

    I've only known of people getting those errors when they tried to install a leaked alpha version.

    Download a new copy and re-upload the files and see if that works.

    leaked alpha version? I don't know abt it and off course I am talking about 2.2 BETA 1 which released yesterday
