From what I've heard the beta version being released tomarrow will be Zend encoded, the rest I don't know.

The lastest version does NOT need Zend/Perl/IonCube since the current version is 2.1.7

Yes, you can use both those addons, if you have a active license for them with 2.1.7

If you need the full version, just download it from the client center.

If your talking about the Beta, those addons are going to be updated, and its not released yet.

2.2 is going to be ZEND encoded.

Just the betas, not the final versions.
