September 19, 200618 yr I think you can switch between username login and email login in the ACP.I think this is also a feature in older versions of IPB.

It's also present in 2.1. I personally prefer to have it on, as it reduces confusion from the whole Username/Display Name difference.
September 20, 200618 yr Same when I got back from school today. It cought me to off gard. I did not notice with out warning they change over to Email.
