I have a lot of modifications, so i could suggest a lot of things which should be built in... But this is one that I think is very necessary and currently there isn't a publicly released mod for it.

If a member is suspended or banned, the reason needs to show up when the memebr goes to the board. They can't read their PMs, so there needs to be a reason shown there on the index page.

Yes, as we have warn logs, suspension and ban logs would be useful. :) +1.

Plus show them on index though, not only logs. You could put the reasoning in via the warn system already really, but the main thing I care about is it showing on the index page to banned/suspended people.

I suggested this a few weeks back, I believe it went into the list for 3.0 :)

ahhhhh, I wish for 2.2. But oh well, at least it is getting looked into for the future. Hopefully someone will amke a modification for it on 2.2 at some point. :)

I could find this quite useful. The one time that I've warned someone, they were suspended for two days for PM and Email spam. As soon as they signed on again, they were IMing me on WLM asking 'Why Why Why???'. I remember seeing this on a vB forum once and wondered why IPB hadn't implemented it yet as simple as it would probably be.
