Well, I would like to set restrictions to the other admins on my forum, but if i do they are restricted by the splash page by default.
I would like the option to allow them to see the splash page.

I also believe it would be good to add the choice for restrictions to user groups also.
I do not want to set the restrictions for each of the other admins individually...

You can set the restrictions on the splash page of the admin tab in the ACP already...
