Auto-log pruner

There should be a configurable task (via a setting would be better) to prune the unimportant logs, like task logs, and spider logs for example, although maybe a setting for all the other logs would be best just to give the option (make the entire thing disabled by default though).

Mainly because the spider and task logs tables get VERY big if you forget to prune them, and for those who don't prune them well usually half of their database size is just logs.
