Is it possible to expande on the multi moderation and allow variables to be used within?

Example.

You could address a member directly using a multi moderation post.

Welcome {USERNAME},

Thanks for signing up bla bla bla...

Thanks,

{POSTERSNAME}

They don't reply to suggestion posts dude, and if they do it's only because they dislike the suggestion.

That said, Multi-Moderation could also do with a "Ban Member" option (so multi-mods could be made to lock a thread and ban the user or something)
