Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted March 2, 200618 yr I think it would be great if messages you have replied to would be marked with a special icon in the overview, just like in Outlook. This would make keeping track of messages a lot easier, especially if you are an admin and get a lot of messages.
April 2, 200618 yr So, is there any chance this could be implemented? It's basically just one additional field in the messages table that is set to 1 when a reply is sent - I'd just do it myself, but I don't want to rewrite the script every time there is an update.
May 8, 200618 yr Any official word on this idea? How likely is it that this will be implemented soon? Would it make sense to do it myself or would I just have to wait a few more weeks?

Its not going to be added overnight, so yes it would be several months. This is only because the next release 2.2 is not complete, and they might or might not reply to all feature suggestions ( this as been said before ).
July 19, 200618 yr Since it doesn't look like this feature will be included anytime soon, I programmed it myself. If anybody's interested, I would be willing to give it to you if you put a link to my website somewhere in your forums.
