There's another forum software out there that has a hybrid mode, which is just like the 'outline mode' except it also have all of the post underneath the outline in linear mode.

Is it possible to do that with this software?

With the posts (viewing a topic) there is an out-line mode that's a user preference. But there isnt a feature to view all the topics (forum index) in outline mode.

No, that type of post bit isn't possible without modifications.

I would like for Outline Mode to look more like this, as it would become much more useful. Being able to see a good amount of posts and how they are tied together is my preferred way of viewing the board.
