Subscription manager drop down for subscription length

There should be an option to put a dropdown with diffirent lengths selectable next to the package.

I have three levels of membership I offer, to offer them on a one and three month basis it requires 6 packages to be shown.

Level 1: Premium Membership $1.50 per month - 1 Month
Level 2: Premium membership $2.75 per month - 1 Month
Level 3: Premium membership $4.50 per month - 1 Month
Level 1: Premium membership $1.50 per month - 3 Month
Level 2: Premium membership $2.75 per month - 3 Month
Level 3: Premium membership $4.50 per month - 3 Month

If I were able to put a drop down with 1, 3, 6, 9, 12 month options it would reduce the clutter on the page and make it look less confusing. I could only list three things and have even more options.
