Viewing all users with a warn level?

I would like to have a feature where moderators can view all users with a warn level, maybe allow the way to sort the data such as A-Z or by how high the warn level. This would be useful as we like to decrease a person's warn level over time based on good conduct but it's hard remembering so many users. We currently have around 6500 users and growing hundreds every month so it becomes a huge hassle.
