"click and hold"

I've a problem, or a little mistake to submit to the developers: I've see
(and use, it's a very useful function) the title of topic changeable by
"click and hold" on left mouse button on the same topic words, without let
in in the discussion than select the properly function to modify the topic
title, now the bug or the "mistake" I've see that this function is avaiable
only inside forums, and it isn't avaible outside, in other words: when I ask
the lestest topics of 24 or more hours the "click 'n' hold" function isn't
avaible, but the same is avaiable when I let in in one forum.
