No response to our tickets in private forum

Hi,
Please note we have sent tickets which are lying open for the last 10 days or so without any action being taken from any of your customer support person.We are really concerned about the same.Please understand our problem and respond at the earliest.

Hi Jonathan,
Just to inform you that its more than a fortnight now and strangely still IPB support staff has not yet reverted back on our ticket in the private forum.Can you please look into this?

I'm just curious as to what you mean by a ticket in the private forum. Our ticketing system is completely separate from the forums. :unsure:

If you'd like to pm me your ticket # also, I would be happy to take a look today. :)
