When i want to answer to a topic, i click sometimes in the bottom "flash" and it displays the flash-box.

Why not when i want to reply to a PM i would have a "flash bottom" that allow me to reply fastly.

What do you think ?

Yes i think thats what he means, a way to fast-reply to PM's.
