How long until the next release?

A major (imo) bug has been fixed for the next release that is required of my site, but apparently to get the fix I just have to wait until the next release. Is there a schedule or anyhtign of that sort?

Any major stuff, they release updates.

For non-essential stuff, they release in the next version.

The next version is updated whenever everything appears to be satisfactory at the time, which is impossible to tell.
