Verbal Warning!

This should be included as part of the warning system! On the warning screen, there should be an extra warning option next to "Increase Warning" and "Decrease Warning" which should be "Verbal Warning". This allows you to add a warning comment, etc. The only difference is that it does not decrease or increase the warning level, since it is only a verbal warning.

Yes, you can do it manually, but with this option it will be much easier keeping track of who has had verbal warnings and who hasn't. All you have to do is look in the warn logs.

I see, like to allow another moderator to comment, or tell you something, without de-warning or warning them member. I dont know if 'verbal warning' is the best term for it, but I like the concept. :D
