massive move on search result

I wish to have the ability as admin to massive move topics into another forum on search result by multiple section, or selecting all.

For example, I want to split a forum into subforums, and also assign related topics in the mother forum into the subforum. I will do a search to bring up all related topics, then I can select on the search result page which topics to move.
