RedEnzian Posted July 4, 2005 Share Posted July 4, 2005 hello matt, it would be nice if you can add a feature were a modder can add a new template bit and could link an existing template bit with it. for example: original template bit: Forum Index->render_forum_row linked template bit. Mod Name->my_render_forum_row in the edit screen for render_forum_row you can add a link to my_render_forum_row. if the original template bit is loaded in any php source file, it would automaticly overwritten by the linked template file. RedEnzian Posted July 6, 2005 Share Posted July 6, 2005 eh? i mean, if a modification needs to change the template bit render_forum_row, there would be no need to edit the original template bit. you just create a new one (my_render_forum_row) which replaces the the original template bit on loading.
