It would be nice (certainly for some forums) if there was a limitation to who can send conversations to certain groups. For example enable conversations, but choose if people can or can not send a conversation to an admin or moderator group. It would also be good that if an admin sends a conversation to a user that this user can reply to the conversation, just not start a conversation to admin group or moderator group. This way it's more easy for certain forums to be not disturbed by some groups. I know there is a mod out for this, but with this mod the user can't reply either. Next to that I think it would be a good build in feature for Invision.

We need rules field for clubs forum that will be shown above each topic. The reason is that our users get into club topics from widgets or activity stream and do not really understand that they are within the club and not in "normal" forum. We have public clubs that do have own rules, different from forums. It means that users should see above the topic that there are special rules in this forum.

I would like to see the following in Groups. 1. A Club should be a mini website 2. When you make a Club a can make forums but you get them as tabs but i want to have a Forum tab and the group owner can make categories and forum into the category just like the normal system. 3. This system should also work for Gallery, Downloads etc etc 4. When a store is made it should function like a store in a store concept, you should be able to collect rent when they use the store option. 5. There should be a ClubCP where Club owners can control there group. 6. AdminCP should be able to grant permission per Club if they can use forum, gallery, ip.pages etc.

Ok, so maybe Calendar isn't the sexist module and topic of conversation, but I think it needs some lovin' and I have some good (I hope) ideas to improve it: the ability to add custom blocks to individual Calendar pages: right now, if you add, say, a custom text block to a Calendar, it shows up on every calendar viewed. I have a Tutor Availability Calendar and I want an information block stating that it's a rough guide only, all dates and times are in Melbourne, Australia timezone, etc. etc. Well and good, but this block appears on every calendar page (including Clubs Calendars! ) when it ideally should only be viewable when users are viewing the Tutor Availability…

Hi. The calendar really needs the ability to repeat events every Nth day of the month, e.g. every fourth Saturday. In a perfect world, you could do every Nth and Xth, i.e. every second and fourth Wednesday. This is especially important for clubs that often schedule events and meetings this way.

When I create an event then I have to enter time in AM/PM format: Right after submission the date is displayed in 24 hours format: I would like to have the same format in the submission form and display view. I am not sure why I see AM/PM in the submission form, I do not use this format at all here in Europe.

I would like to see an option where you can send an email to an email address per calendar category. So if you make an entry it gets all ready posted in the calendar and as a post but now as an email.

Hello everybody, I'll like to see more interaction with my user base, and I'm trying to understand a little more what people are looking this days to participate. I found this https://www.mightynetworks.com/ and looks promising and I'll like to see how far is IPBoard in order to make it work like this one. The concept seems very easy to understand as they're looking to give users more independency from Facebook groups (as people understands what a facebook group its) however, when you're in Facebook they can close your group or anything at any time, they own everything. I love the idea of the Clubs... will like to understand more how to use it with articles…

Way back in the day (many years ago) an issue I discovered when migrating from Joomla and Wordpress is that IPB doesn't offer a printable format for Articles, Blogs and Topics like every other CMS does. I asked for anyone to create this functionality and yet here we are in 2019 and still this feature doesn't seem possible. When we click File Print on our Browser it shows Menus, sidebars and everything you don't want to see. The ideal scenario is that we are able to store articles on our site and when we need to we can print it out on paper or print to PDF. PLEASE support/offer printable format.

Hello, I want to apply some tags for a forum specifically, but only in related forum, not apply for whole forums or website. Example, I want to set 5 tags (tag1, tag2, tag3, tag4, tag5) for forum A: 1. 5 tags will appear for choose in the moment of creating the topic, at least one required. 2. These 5 tags setting only for forum A. If I want to create forum B and set others 5 tags (tag6, tag7, tag8, tag9, tag10), the tags of forum A will not apply in the forum B setting. Please anyone can share me how to do? Or this is new idea and feedback for ips Tag system improvement?

Looks like I can't post in P-to-P Technical Support anymore.. I am using Clubs on my site and would like to have content databases and pages in the Clubs area. That doesn't seem possible right now but perhaps I am missing something. RSS feeds can populate threads on the general forums but not on Club forums in the Admin panel. Is there a way you can change the destination in the database? You can move content from regular to Club forums so I am guessing this should be pretty easy. Any thoughts and suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Google displays events from all different websites and feeds that submit their calendar of events or have the markup in place to index them. I've struggled with finding good feeds to import into the calendar IPS APP and our members don't really use it to add events because they are too busy doing this elsewhere like facebook or not at all. If I search for lets say "music event" in google, I can get a bunch of events displayed like so: Would be great to somehow integrate or be able to use Google's Calendar API to import events into our IPS calendars like a feed. I suggest a variable named $INFO['sql_ssl_ca'] which if provided will be used in mysqli:ssl_set to enable secured connections. I need this when I connect to my live database from a testing server, without it sensitive content is transmitted over the wire unencrypted.

It would be very good if a theme_color in the manifest file or with another option added a background for bottom navigation bar. Now when using custom color for a theme_color, the bottom navigation bar looks ugly without changing the background. thanks

Clubs are a great feature of the IPS Community Suite. What I am missing though is a possibility to set group promotions based on club memberships. Right now I want to add a secondary usergroup, if an user is a member of a certain club (and remove the secondary usergroup when he leaves the club). How can I achieve that? Group promotions cannot do the job right now. Are there any other possibilities?

Favorite or "Add to Favorite" button that saves/bookmarks the image inside of a private album for the member. Improve the lightbox for mobile as it lags severely when an image has multiple comments. Add an option in the upload wizard to allow members to upload their own watermark. If not set, the default watermark will be used if set. Option to show album categories as albums or links in a sidebar with the new images collage showing in the main space. Ability to mark an image as mature/nsfw with an account or profile setting members can set to view or hide images marked mature.

It seems simple but it doesn't exist currently. When I highlight text and click the link button it would be great if you had the choices Open in same window (default) Open in new tab Open in new window This would be great for those articles that reference other posts or articles (possibly on other sites). You don't want your users to leave, you just want them to possibly look somewhere else for reference purposes.
