Here is what I would like to do. Hope someone can tell me how to accomplish. I have created 4 side bar advertising locations. I have placed them at the bottom of my side bar. They are called LowerAD, LowerAD1, LowerAD2 and so on. So I understand the basic (very basic) process. I would like to create a banner location that is specific to pages. For example. I just noticed that in my 4.2 test board the the word/breadcrumb "Forums" is missing when on the forums tab? In my 4.1 live board it is there (see pics). In 4.2 board whenever I go to another nav bar tab the proper tab shows ie: Guidelines etc. 4.2 screenshot 4.1 screenshot

I'm creating a custom homepage and I'm wondering if there is a way to do an offset in the blocks? I created a featured area on my homepage with three articles. These are properly offsetting. The three blocks below to offset as well, but I don't see an option to offset them in the configuration. So for block 1, it would need to be offset by 3, block 2 offset by 4, block 3 offset by 5 so that it will show the proper articles. As always, thanks for your help and direction in advance.

I like how the Providers page loads the records in a different order every time the page refreshes. I think that's such a good idea for a database in which there's no natural hierarchy. But how is it pulled off? I'm going to hazard a guess that the CategoryTable template in the Listing templates has been amended with a query amendment overwriting the database settings (limited to ascending and descending) and instead instructing the ordering to be random. But I'm not going to be able to do much beyond demonstrating some intuition. Can anybody shed any light on how this is pulled off and, more importantly, give some example code?

I am trying to get this to work, but its not matching: {{$catName = str_replace('Misc Instruments', '', $row->container()->_title);}} I suspect its because $row->container()->_title is coming back encoded? Can I convert that to text somehow? Appending the "|raw" element sends back weird characters.

Hello, Thera are a lot of space in Our Picks Carrousel footer. The issue is related to this that I comment here: and here: Why? Because, If "More" button appears in Menu, the carrousel shows as follow: If "More" button doesn´t appear in Menu, the carrousel show as follow. In this case there is also more space than it should.

Let's say I'm using a 728x90 ad and uploaded the image and separately the link, the banner image resizes smaller on smaller screens. If I use HTML with an image tag, it does not resize the image for the banner on smaller screens because I'm using my own code. I haven't looked but does anyone know what class uploaded image ads are using to resize? Maybe I can apply that within an HTML tag for an inserted ad?

Hi, today I upgraded my testboard. After having finished the procedure successfully we had no more profile pics. The link is still there but the files are gone. Our testboard has no template mods. What happened? Anybody else had this strange behavior?

Hi there, As the title implies, I would like to know what you use for backing up your website. I was using codeguard and thought it was good till I needed to restore my website after something broke and realize that the database was totally out of date, I was missing more then a week. It was suppose to backup every day. Now looking for a better solution and would like opinions.

topic creation is not being allowed in my forums on any topic including trying to send a support request we are getting blocked with a message: Something went wrong. Check the values provided on the marked tabs and try again. everything is filled in so its making me think there may be a hidden field that has required set to it but I cant even see where that is controlled.
