Hi there, whatever of my forums or posts urls I analyze for example with http://web-sniffer.net – I get a "Status: HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently". I am trying to setup my users (forum) on one instance and my customers (shop) on another, I can change members group when a purchase is made on my shop instance; i can’t find a way to synch group membership on the other instance (forum) Is it possible to synch group membership between two IPS instances when SSO (IPS.Connect) enabled? I have noticed in my members table in the database that some member_id's are missing and I cannot understand why. It should be aoutincrementing the member_id for each new member but in this table I have somenthing like this: member_id | name | ... 3589 nameA 3588 nameB 3587 nameC 3585 nameD 3584 nameE 3583 nameF So where is the member_id "3586"? Our members have not the possibility to unsign the forum, so why I have so many member_id missing in my members table? Is the same in your forum? Thanks!

So I have popular image galleries on my site. The problem is that members can spend an hour browsing the photos without ever refreshing the ads. This isn't a good design. I would like to have an ad display along with each image impression. How would I go about including it? I toyed around with the code a bit, and I can get an ad to display, but then when the "next image" button is pushed a blank page loads.

Someone registered to my paid forum and they never paid their invoice. I have deleted their id and was left with the invoice as a result. When I saw expired invoice assigned to the guest I wanted to deleted it. It gave me an error and now I am getting the heading " A configuration or server error has occurred" and below "EX0 -something went wrong, Please try again." when going into to the "invoices" section in commerce. I opened up a ticket for it, as I found no post with similar issue. I guess the learning was to delete the invoice first and then the id. I think. Nevertheless executing "delete" button should not cause configuration issue. This is of course a bug and th…

I've noticed that in the new version of IPS it's harder to type multiple emoticons in a row like that: . And some emotional visitors of my forum used to like to type tens of smilies in a row. In IPB3 it was easy but in IPS4 this pop-up window with smilies tend to disappear too quick. As far as I understand, the easiest way is to make some custom HTML buttons with code like this: < img title=":lol:" alt=":lol:" src="xxxxxx/uploads/emoticons/default_icon_lol.gif" /> Is there any other way? For instance, to prevent the pop-up window from disappearing to quick. Thanks

Hi, I have recently switched over from SMF 2.0.9 to IBS Boards 3.4.8. I have IPS successfully installed, but I am having problems getting the converter installed. I have the files uploaded and unzipped in my FTP, and yet it is not showing up on the right hand side under "manage applications". Is there some trick to changing permissions that I need to do? Not sure what else would be needed for you to know to help me. I'm kinda at a dead end on this.
