Hello all, I'm having issues setting up some custom Blocks. IPS official documentation does not help. A few things I'm trying to set up - Featured content widget - Ability to see top posters in specific forums (being able to use setting to manually select each forum, or at least being able to make them private to only I can see them) - Being able to remove myself and Mods as people who are listed as top contributors Thanks a ton, Ryan

Hello! After a conversion and a upgrade to IPS4 I move the folder of the forum to the root and all the background processes (rebuild posts, images...) stop and disappear and I need to run as all the posts, etc are bad. Thanks

Several members have reported to me that when starting a new post or comment they are unable to click in the composition pane and enter text --- everything looks the same with the editor and they are able to do attachments but not enter text. This is happening with multiple browsers. Any ideas why this might be the case for those who are having the problem?

I would like to show custom customer fields on donation checkout and do not want to require a billing address. I have already created a custom field, setup a donation goal and payment method (missing the testing payment method btw). Can you please help me how to configure this as I cannot find the appropriate settings. Thank you!

Alright, I will post images so that way you guys know more. This image looks very good where the image feed takes the full width like how the Nav-bar is, so there is the right side blocks but under the feed. This image showing that the Feed is under the ads, and next to the image feed the right side blocks. Question is, How can I change the bottom image to the top image? I want my image feed block to be like in the Top first image And secondly On my image feed, Under each image it shows text of who submitted and the date. How do I remove that so that it looks like the image feed from the first image above

Hello, Quick question, how long should I expect to wait for an response from "Tier II Support - IPS4" . I was told that my ticket would be escalated to tier II support and heard nothing since. Thing is i've got an board converted from phpBB -> IPB3.4 -> upgraded to 4.x.x.x that is not yet complete, its not in PROD hence why I am not tagging my support ticket as critical. The "expiration date" is kind of passed as the "old" in use forum has now has too much new content not included in the conversion. Bottom line question, is this normal with days without response from tier II? NOTE: This is not a complaint.

When I create a single-day event in the calendar, it displays as the day before (see attachment). Once I go ahead and actually save it to the calendar, it displays the correct date. I thought this was fixed as I am using 4.0.3. and it was marked as such in a previous post about this issue that I found on this forum. Any help or code change I can make to fix this? Thanks!

How do I deal with converted IP.content → Pages databases where records have multiple, mixed attachments in a single custom field? I have a number of IP.content databases primarily used to store attachments. One in particular was a sort of "file cabinet" with many categories. Some were graphics oriented — a very common use case there is "here are the assets for Event X: web-ready images in three sizes, the source PSD, club logo in EPS, and the event flyer in PDF." I want to remove the headers from my blocks and move them closer together to create a more patchwork type of effect. I have looked at the CSS for ipsGrid but cant figure out how to do it without messing about with the size of the blocks ? Any pointers. I know with bootstrap you can use offset ?

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but I just lost all posting abilities on this forum. Couldn't PM, couldn't post replies, couldn't quote anyone. Submitted a ticket in the client centre but then it suddenly came back for no reason so closed the ticket. Anyone had this issue before or is it just a momentary problem?

Is this another feature that was stripped from IPB4? For what reason has it been removed? Looks like you can no longer hide threads. Hiding threads was a very common function that we relied on in 3.4.X when submissions (offers) were posted that did not meet the criteria to be made public when they were in the queue. Now it appears we can only delete them if we do not wish to approve them. I prefer to have them hidden for archiving and reference reasons.
