Hello folks, I don't if I came to the right place, because this is really not a tech issue as much as it is a formatting issue, I want to use the Block Manager-Pages-WYSIWYG Editor block to create a Featured Video section on our home page. My biggest issue is being able to justify the video left with text wrapping, specifically a Youtube video. If I remember correctly there is more functionality in 4.0 to bridge or single sign in to other applications, can someone point me to the feature, or if anyone has already performed a bridge to Mediawiki I'd be interested in hearing from you, thanks for any help!

I am setting up a new board and there is a new update out so i followed the instructions. I have downloaded the IPB files from IPB, uploaded them and after they had finished fully uploading I then clicked continue. After doing this it just takes me to a white page. If I try and go to the board it seams to run ok but if i try to log on to the adminCP i get the following message. If I go to URL/admin/upgrade i just see the blank white page. Any ideas? Thanks Rob

Right now I'm using this to set a different width for the forum app only: body[data-pageapp=forums][data-pagelocation=front][data-pagemodule=forums][data-pagecontroller=index] .ipsLayout_container The issue is that when I enter a forum or a topic, the pagecontroller changes changes to forum and topic respectively. Same when viewing an user profile, it changes to profile. So... is there a way to specify the CSS for the whole forums app?

My "Downloads" app did not work, I had errors showing for every download file. When trying to submit new file, I could do so, but when uploading image for a snapshot nothing shows. I cannot reload this image, just blank space. When attaching file to a post, it used to be a neat thumbnail, now it is the exact size of the image, how to manage to have a thumbnail instead? Thank you for all the assistance

The Theme Differences page only shows code changes up until 4.0.9.2 My customers are waiting for themes to be upgraded to 4.0.10.2, however I'm not sure what needs to be done.

In one of my pages load 8 images. In the code for every image using "JS:void" - each click change image ->unchanged size, only other image. With browsers Firefox and Safari everything is OK for all 8 x 2 images.With the browser Opera second image (after click) is larger margin-top ->5pxWith the browser Chrome - then click the margin-left becomes less 5px Does anyone have any idea how to fix this issue?

It appears some tables didn't quite make it through the utf8 conversion. I'm using utfmb4. Hi guys, seems I messed up the 4.0 to 4.0.2 upgrade. Says some files are missing, although I see them in folders, but it might be that I need to recache, like before when this would happen? But I cannot find the option to recache cache like it was in IPB 3, and searching adminCP for recache does nothing.

Hello, I'm in the process of setting up a news/article database for my front page and would love some help on two issues that I'm having, if it's possible. I'd like to create a featured news slider for the page, I currently have everything setup so that it only pulls records from the database that are mapped as 'featured' and (foreach) loops the template I've created for each one. I'd like to slice/break the loop so that it only displays a certain amount. Another thing I'm interested in doing is adding a class to the first looped element (a list item). Thank you for your time!

Hey guys, I've been playing around with IPS4 on a dev site I set up (and love it, btw - first impressions are that coding and design will be MILES simpler!) I'm now at the point where I'm creating my theme, so I copied our dev site down onto my local machine for ease of access. I updated our conf_global.php file with the local settings, and it's all working perfectly - except for FontAwesome. For some reason this still seems to trying to load from my dev site. I presume this is just some setting that needs to be changed, but I can't find it anywhere. What am I missing?
