Hi team, I use a lot the admin forum search to locate my forums and not runs with all searched words. For example: pinterest: no results apple: no results united: results ford: no results DKNG: results II was going to restore the search index but it says that this is only necessary when there has been a server failure. I don't know if there has been a problem with the cloud service that affects this. Can you check it? Thanks.

Hello team, I am having a lot of problems connecting IC with my CRM (Active Campaign) through zapier. The triggers are limited, the information we can send is limited and the little we can send gives a lot of errors. I have a big question, really who uses zapier with IC and what do they use it for? I was having these problems a year ago and now I am still having them and more are being added. Is it not possible to solve them, is there another way to use zapier like the other existing applications? I appreciate your sincere replies. Tahnks a lot.

After upgrading my site from 4.7.13 to 4.7.14, my Twitter/X logo is now showing my Facebook logo--so there are two Facebook logos, one for Facebook and the other for Twitter/X. We are running a slightly older version of Invision (4.6.11), but we're constantly running into outages with errors that can only be fixed with phpmyadmin table repairs. At first it was the core_sessions table and now it's the core_view_updates. Is there a permanent solution that would fix this issue?

I updated my www.concertina.net site this morning to 4.7.14 and everything seemed fine. Then this afternoon something broke and nobody (myself included) can post or start a topic or send a DM, and the whole UI on the front and back end has many things broken. See attached... any ideas?? We have logged into our forum today, and the 'Article' functionality has disappeared. When you navigate to ...articles.html/ on our forum nothing is displayed. In the Admin area, under 'Pages' the function for editing or adding new articles has disappeared. We need some help understanding what has happened. It was all ok on Friday and the forum hasn't been touched since then. Posting here as we can't find any other way of contacting support (which is extremely frustrating). Thanks

Good day to everyone, We have a HubSpot plugin installed in our WordPress which is responsible in displaying its own chat widget/bubble but this widget is not passed on or being displayed in /community. Is there a way for me to have it displayed in /community? or to pass on what's existing in most of our WordPress pages to /community? It's probably the same issue with the UI or display headers which is different for both our WordPress pages and the Community. *** Our website is a membership website so it needs login but below are images of our WordPress page with the chat bubble and the Community page (both looks different)

As you can see from the screenshot below, there seems to be an issue with the X Timeline block not updating the timeline. The block seems to be stuck from over two years now, and refuses to update. I originally thought this might have been due to the changes by X (Twitter) and I decided to wait until the last update to see if this would fix the issue. Is there anything else which could be causing this to happen?

Scenario, "Permanently delete content" has an x day period set before permanently deleting content. In Downloads after a file has been "deleted" it is possible for the "Get Support" topic to be recreated when using the "rebuild topic content" feature in "AdminCP -> Downloads -> Categories -> Forum Topics" whilst the Downloads file is awaiting deletion. It would be better if the "rebuild topic content" only rebuilt content that has not been set for deletion... Ted.

In Courses, clicking a large image does not open the image viewer as it does in the forum. Instead it opens the image full screen and there's no "X" button to close the image. The only way to go back to your lesson is to click the Back button on your browser.

Not sure if this has been reported or if this is working as designed or not... I don't use a "moderators" group. I give individual users various permissions to perform various tasks. MY goal is to give one of my users permissions to ONLY move files within my Files sections. The user can move files one at a time, but they don't see how to select multiple files to move. User is given ONLY option to Move content. This gives the user the option in file view for move the file: However this does not give the user any boxes so they can select multiple files to move. Hi, We are trying to provide access to one user for Search Engine Optimization and we are unable to achieve that. 1) Added new user under members group. 2) Under MEMBERS>STAFF>Administrators -- Added this new member and selected restricted access. Enabled access only for few option and Search engine optimization as one of that. 3) When I login with the user I can see the option which I provided in the dashboard but when I click on the 'Search Engine Optimization' it shows below error...other options are working just fine. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

You can't search just a specific error without an endpoint and you can search specifically for GraphQL and trying to show all again you basically have to navigate away from this section and back to get the default to restore

Hello, My server currently has a problem with emails not being sent via SMTP using Sparkpost. Port 587 is open. No errors were reported at Sparkpost. I've made no changes, but Dovecot is being spammed and rejected to death from Russia more so than usual, aside from that I went looking for clues. When I do an Email Test from the AdminCP, but only this shows: There is no actual text message, just the icon; when I look at the Email Error logs, they are empty.

Despite the title, this may not qualify as a bug. When viewing the members list in the ACP and clicking on the "Administrators" button, there is an account that is showing up twice. The reason is because it has ACP access via group and because of being added as an admin directly. Thought I should mention it in case it is deemed to be a bug. If it's not, then as a feature request, when listing accounts that have ACP access in the Members list, perhaps have an indicator as to why they have the access? (group vs account) Then seeing the same account listed twice but with two different reasons would make sense.

Steps to reproduce: Enable the advanced setting Enable template disk caching? Add some random text/content in a template, and verify it shows in the template you edited. Revert the template, and verify that the page still shows the content you added in #2. Clear the cache from the Support page, and verify the content you added is now gone from the template. Re-saving the template as-is, with no edits, and then reverting it again also works. The issue is with the REVERT button not updating the cached file (unlike the SAVE button).

I've tested this on a local install of v4.7.10 with no add-ons to eliminate any issues with my live site. Is this a bug? To repeat the error, add a checkbox set to the member profile. Set some options for this field on a member. Create a Bulk Mail and set the filter to match one of the options. Press Save and I get this error when the expected result is it should find the member.

I've noticed that some Field types do not allow the Search behaviour to be changed, the option is not displayed. For example, adding a new custom profile field with a type of Text does allow the Search to be altered. But changing the Field type to Number does not. These other types also do not allow the search to be changed: Address, Checkbox, Code, Color, Date, Member, Poll, Rating, Upload and Yes/No. Is this a bug or intentional? I should point out that this as been checked on a local install of v4.7.11 beta 1.
