Which setting manipulates the size of the email logo header? I can’t seem to change how big the logo shows up in HTML emails to the users, so it makes the text extremely small and hard to read without zooming in. thanks Chase

I have an issue where I edit historical articles, and they jump straight to the top of the category on the homepage. I edit the publish date to be say the 6th December at 16:30, saved the article went back in and it's not saved. The date is then on the current time and date. I cannot get the article off the top of the feed and is throwing the rest of the articles out of sync. Any ideas?

Recently upgraded my CDN to a more powerful one only to find out they only accept 'www.' domains. So I went ahead and added a www. redirect from my domain provider, then changed the base_url in conf_global.php. Eventually got the website up and running and even changed my license key URL however seems like half of the website is working and the other half is not. For example in admin panel, the icons are not just not visible ( just squares ), people also are not able to register. However other things like pages and images / videos are loading when browsing around. Any advice would be great, already tried clearing cache too.

Hey, all. Have an IPB community that's been running since 2007. Last updated IPB a month or so ago. Since then, no issues at all. In fact, board performance seemed to improve. All was well. All of a sudden, however, the forums are no longer available, giving a 500 error. The Apache error log is filled with "End of script output before headers: index.php". If I try to get to <url>/fourms/admin to get in to the AdminCP, I get "syntax error, unexpected '->' (T_OBJECT_OPERATOR)". No idea why this suddenly started happening. Looking for any suggestions on correcting. System is Ubuntu Server 18, Webmin/Virtualmin are installed and configured properly, …

Hello, Over the past few days, I've noticed a large wave of spam registrations. I then realized that "Spam Defense" was deactivated. I wanted to re-enable it, but when I click on the button, I get the following error message: 2C116/2 Your license does not qualify for Spam Defense. Please contact technical support for more information. However, my license is up to date. Thanks for your help.

Hi team, I use the topic feed blocks in my pages and I filter my posts by tags, but when a topic feed block haven't posts to show, directly not show the full block. It is like this content was deleted or an site error. If havent any post to show, should show the block with your title with a message like this "we haven't any post to show here" but not delete the block. (We should have the option of a personalised message, the better) Can you take a look and solve it in upcoming updates? I only use the topic feed block but provably other blocks have the same problem. Thanks a lot!

I have recently removed a load of inactive clubs on my site; and told it to delete all content. That has resulted in task queue being quite filled up (Especially with a lot of IndexNow requests). So I click on this link 'Alternatively, you can manually run them now and wait until they all complete.' To process them all now and it'll start chugging along. Every now and then however I get 'Sorry, you do not have permission for that!' with the error '1S111/1' And then there is a load of system log entries. I have tried disabling ALL customisations and this event is repeatable. I thought it might have been IndexNow as that seems to be where it kept apparently hanging on…

If a user has content moderation enabled, any new topics or posts need to be approved by a moderator, and any edits to existing non-topic-startong posts. However, editing the topic's original post does not need to be approved. Especially when used to combat spam, this is a pretty big loophole. To reproduce: * Enable content moderation for a user * Have that user post a new topic - moderator approval will be required * Have a moderator approve the topic * Have the user go back and edit that post - moderator approval will incorrectly not be required

I use the subscriptions module so users can upgrade to premium plans, and it seems there is a big issue. If the upgrade by paying the pro-rata difference option is selected, then the user upgrades for free from FREE to Premium, and it is not redirected to payment processors for processing payments. It works only with the charge difference option. Check attached

Hi Currently i want to flag some users as spammer, but when I click to flag showing the error "2C114/8 You cannot flag yourself, a moderator, or an administrator as a spammer". Those member are normal member not admin , user group also is Member Can I know why cannot flag them to spammer?

I would like to protect from guests the Personal Information and contact parts of user's profile but keep, for instance, the images tab open to everybody. Main reason is my members like to share their gallery images link to third parties. I see the option only to change this for the whole profile app. Any ways around this?

Hello, We recently tried setting up the pages for social share to work. however we noticed that if we for example use Javascript in a specific page to generate these elements it wont work. Now my question is, is it even possible to achieve this within the pages. (even if it is a bit hacky).
