Create a custom Yes/No field in database Sort by Custom. In the modal window the value of the Yes/No field cannot be changed. The field is set to No per default.

Hi, when register new user the first time appears the billing adress as consumer by default and show the "Business Name" field. If you change to Business Billing address and return to consumer BA the "Bussiness Name" field disapears. Can you take a look to solve in upcoming updates? Thanks a lot.

I just updated and saw this green tab in ACP "Upgrade to Cloud" Is this sign that IPS will stop supporting self hosting and only provide their service for cloud subscription costomers soon in the future? Is it possible to disable this bright green tab in the ACP as its very distracting?

Hi there, In the past we submitted a ticket about an issue that clients can not re-subscribe if they have an expired subscription. According to the ticket the issue should have been resolved with the 4.6 update but it's still there up to this day. When will this issue get resolved? People get the following error if the subscription has expired: You already have a subscription, and cannot purchase another. We clear all subscriptions manually ever since but it's quite bothersome.

Recently some members of my site have reported being unable to see the results of polls, getting the error message of "You do not have permission to vote in this poll, or see the poll results." I can't figure out what is causing this. I have gone through the ACP to log in as them and confirm the error displays. I have changed their groups and secondary groups and the error still persists, so it seems to be tied directly to their accounts, but I can't find any settings that would seem to limit this behavior. Any ideas?

Hello, I installed 4.7.0 beta and now my ACP¡s marketplace has stopped displaying any plugins/apps. Not plugins, no themes, no apps. Is this normal? Only those that can be installed are displayed? Thanks

Hi, we've been having some issues with our site for quite some time, and I'd like to have them fixed. 1. This one is very important, and impacting us hard. Whenever a new person subscribes, or an existing member renews their subscription, the subscription should end after one calendar year (we'd like it to end at a set date, but for some odd reason Invision doesn't support that). Ever so often however, the subscription will expire more than one year later. So recently I started getting emails on manual review required (spam defense) but the member gets approved automatically anyway. It appears there are two Spam Defense log entries for the same account. The first flags a 3 (manual review required) and the second flags a 1 (auto approval). However, I am not sure why there are two checks?

Am trying to make a block to display a base 64 encoded string to an image. Once upon a time i had this working, though have sadly long lost the code; According to here, to ref my custom field all i'd need to add is {$record->customFieldDisplayByKey('base_string', 'listing')|raw}, yet adding this single line breaks everything immediately. : Anyone care to point my in the right direction of what i'm doing wrong exactly? 🙃 This also generates a HUGE error log that i have no idea how to make heads or tails of 🤷♂️

I was using the Active Member group (see screenshot below) as the default when anyone registered. We recently went to a subscription registration. I had moved all the Active Members to a group called Inactive Member (can only view what Guests view) so there are absolutely no one in the Active Member group. I want to delete this group since I don't use it anymore. For some reason there is no delete choice. All guests who subscribe are put in a new group called Subscriber 1 Month or Subscriber 3 month, depending on which subscription plan they choose. G'day. Jumped on the back end of my website recently to check a key that someone has purchased and in place of where the key should be, I'm getting the message: [[Template nexus/admin/purchases/lkey is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] Now I feel like if I simply "Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme" that should fix the issue. I ported my /uploads to external storage (Backblaze, which I know isn't supported directly but does work and I followed this guideline), however some of the images didn't update to the external source URL. The majority are just fine, but there are exceptions I'm finding that are resulting in broken images pointing to my host server's original URL rather than the external URL. Are there additional tasks I can or need to run? I tried clearing the IPS cache, but that won't resolve the image URLs being incorrect.

Hello, I am considering moving content out from my forum onto single "Pages". After having created the new pages and copied the content I would like to delete the then obsolete forum posts. Problem is, that the forum is well indexed by Google & Co, and I am sure some aticles are also directly linked to from some other websites. So my question is, if there is a chance somewhere within the ACP to configure page forwardings? Hello, there. I'm using Redis for caching, but after a server migration I started seeing this warning. The problem is that other applications on the same virtual host are using redis without a problem. If I try to change the caching system, to file system or mysql, for example, the warning keeps showing "cache not working". 1 - Already purged browser cache 2 - Already purged forum cache by the "something is wrong". Any ideas? Thank you for your time.

I have the club setting open - which I don't mind and makes it easy for members of the invision community to join (don't have to approve them or invite) But I am wondering if there is a way to hide the topics (which I have named let's chat) on the menu from those who are not members of the community yet. I have the members not visible to non members - so that is hidden, but the chat being seen shows the members and their profiles can be viewed. I'm not a fan of that since they aren't logged in or a member yet. So the members list is hidden, but in the end they can see all the members as well as their profile.
