Adds an 'eye' to the password field on the standard login form, allowing the user to click it to view the password which they have typed in

- 'Eye' has now been added to the register form, effective on both the 'Password' and 'Confirm Password' fields

- Issue with IPS 4.6 not toggling the password to visible (fixed in v1.0.2, when approved)
